Guests will enjoy the serene ocean views from the decks and spacious screened porch.     FIRST FLOOR: The foyer leads into a spacious den, with easy access to all four bedrooms on the first floor. The first master suite has a queen bed, flat screen TV, access to a spacious screened porch, and a private sitting room with a desk. The master bath has a custom tile, heated floors, pedestal tub, and separate shower with sunflower head and body spray. A second master suite has a queen bed, a quiet sitting area with a flat screen TV, and also offers a deluxe bath with custom tile and heated floors, plus a jetted tub and separate shower with sunflower head and body spray. Two additional guest bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, have hardwood floors and share access to a full hall bath with custom heated floor tiles, granite counter and a tub and shower combination. A laundry room with full sized appliances is also on the first floor.

    SECOND FLOOR: The impressive great room features a barrel-vaulted ceiling, built-in 52-inch plasma TV with surround sound, a large gas fireplace, and access to an ocean view deck. No expense was spared when creating the gourmet kitchen, which includes a 9-foot center island with bar seating for four, granite countertops, Jenn-Aire range with drill and down draft, stainless steel appliances, and a custom bead board ceiling. The connecting dining area is equipped with its own wet bar with wine chiller and ice maker makes preparing and serving meals a breeze. A half bath services this upper level.

    Each home includes free parking, an initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.

    The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities, a Lake House Amenity Card is required, and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.

    The Club at Seabrook allows guest access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex, and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required. Additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to participate in. Each property is individually owned and therefore each property has different levels of access to the Club facilities.

    Optional Amenity Access - if rental guests wish to access Club facilities, an amenity card may be obtained at the Club Amenity Office for $25 per day, $150 per week, or up to $350 per month for the Club amenity access cards. Usage fees and a card deposit will apply.

    Simply Beautiful

    The house was beautiful on the inside and outside with a great location just a short walking distance to the beach. The grounds were beautiful and the ocean view upstairs was amazing to wake up to in the morning. There is no ocean view from any of the bedrooms but there are 2 nice master suites with relaxing bathrooms. One of the master suites has a screened in porch from the bedroom. I enjoyed exploring the inside of the house, there were interesting things to see (the elevator was fun to use). My only complaints were the cleanliness of the house. It was quite dusty and there were a lot of insects (living and dead). I was disappointed that I needed strip the bedding off of all the beds to clean the sheets before going to bed the first night. They did not look fresh and I found a bug in the sheets and stains on the blanket. I was thankful that there was laundry detergent and other supplies available in the house to use if needed. I would definitely recommend this house. It was simply beautiful.
