Fairway One 3034 is a townhouse-style, 3 story villa with 3-bedrooms and 3-full bathrooms just a short distance to the beach and overlooking the golf course fairways. This townhome has all of the comforts of home and then some including wireless internet, an elevator from the garage into the living areas of the villa and a gas barbecue grill.
Fairway One 3034 offers 2,204 square feet of luxurious vacation relaxation with hardwood flooring and a custom kitchen featuring black granite wrap-around counters with a tile backsplash running the perimeter of the kitchen. The kitchen is fully-equipped with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans and modern black appliances including a dual oven. A breakfast bar seats two guests while the dining table seats another six.
The living room has plenty of seating, and includes an entertainment center with stereo, flat screen TV, DVD player, and expanded tier cable. A queen-sized sleeper sofa provides additional bedding. A conversation nook has more seating, and a door out to the furnished deck, where a dining table for four overlooks the lush fairway. A half-bath serves the living areas.
Upstairs, the master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, and has its own TV and private balcony. A sitting area holds a chaise lounge, and is perfect for curling up with a good book. The master bath has a dual sink vanity, jetted bathtub and separate stall shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, and has its own TV and an attached private bath with a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and its own TV, and has a private bath with tub/shower combination.
Overlooking the first fairway of the Ocean Winds golf course, the Fairway One villas are comfortable, modern townhouse-style villas with under-villa parking. Each Fairway One villa includes free parking, an initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.

The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities, a Lake House Amenity Card is required, and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.
The Club at Seabrook allows guest access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex, and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required. Each property is individually owned and therefore each owner may have different levels of access to the Club facilities.
3034 Fairway One has 'Full' Club access, which means that rental guests may pick up Amenity Access cards from the Amenity Office at no additional cost. Usage fees for some amenities and a card deposit will apply.
