Great location and condo unit!

This was our first trip to Gatlinburg. I debated between a cabin rental and the condo. I'm glad we went with the condo when you realize you don't have to drive much. The location of this condo is perfect. It's a couple of blocks to be right downtown, so no paying to park is needed. We also really enjoyed having the pool. We hiked and did outdoor stuff in the morning, so it was nice to have the pool to relax in the afternoon. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed right on hand. This worked out great for our family. We definitely would stay here again and this condo complex was probably the nicest one I saw with a great location. Also, I would recommend staying in Gatlinburg and not the surrounding towns. Smokey Mountain National Park is literally at the end of the main strip in town. It's about 5 minutes to get into the park. Also the town is great and very family friendly!

Very nice property. Room layout great. Very clean. Good kitchen. Super parking with lots of covered parking. Convenient to downtown as well as convention center.

We were very pleased with our unit. Very clean. It is very close to the strip but enough away as it is quiet and serene. We walked thru Village Walk every morning which was a delight with the crisp cool autumn air. The Baskins Creek flowed next to our condo and 'twas lovely to hear the water flowing from our bolcony. Definitely coming back again. Staff in front lobby were quiet pleasant. was a wonderful trip.

Perfect weekend getaway!

My family loved everything about it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Just walking distance from everything. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice getaway spot

Great place to stay with a bunch of kids - close to the main strip but not so close that it was loud or crowded. And having a kitchen and dining room table was a great alternative to the tourist restaurants. That said - the place wasn't 'that' clean - my toddler kept picking up stuff from the floor. And although the kitchen was great - it was hard to plan what we needed. I had to go out looking for salt, butter, etc - things I wouldn't have bought for a 2 night stay but which we needed for breakfast.

Plenty of space for a family of 5.

We stayed here for four nights in early October. The condo was spacious and priced on par with a much smaller hotel room. Full kitchen allowed us to cook a little, and the location of the condo made it an easy walk into downtown Gatlinburg.
