Pigeon Forge
- Overview
With numerous live shows, musical revues and dinner theaters lining its Parkway, Pigeon Forge vacation rentals are truly some of the most entertaining vacation options in the Southeastern United States.
Dollywood theme park in Pigeon Forge is the #1 tourist attraction in Tennessee. Set on 130 acres outside the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Dollywood combines live shows and amusement park thrills with heritage crafts made on site.
Old Mill Square offers an authentic taste of Smoky Mountain history. Since the early 1800s, the Old Mill has produced stone-ground meal and flour thanks to a giant water wheel powered by the Little Pigeon River. Artisans fire handmade pottery at Pigeon River Pottery, while the Old Mill Restaurant cooks up classic Southern recipes like country-fried steak.
