Wyndham Vacation Rentals Reservation Terms, Beaver Creek & Vail

 

PLEASE READ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ONLINE BOOKING. ALL ONLINE BOOKINGS: You will be contacted within 48 hours by one of our reservation agents to confirm details of your online reservations.

Deposit Policy: At the time of booking a reservation for a nightly rental, an advance deposit is required for the following:
·  Two nights of the total stay
·  Full payment of Travel Insurance (if purchased)
·  Full payment of Airline Tickets (if purchased)
One night of the total stay and Travel Insurance (if purchased) are non-refundable. Airline ticket policies vary. Wyndham Vacation Rentals recommends that guests purchase travel insurance. Guests who purchase travel insurance will be provided refunds for cancellation subject to the terms and conditions of the travel insurance policy.
Reservations made within 30 days of arrival for Winter, 60 days of arrival for Holiday, and 3 days of arrival for Summer require full payment at the time of booking.
Group deposit and cancellation polices are available upon request.

Final Payment: Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival for Winter, 60 days prior to arrival for Holiday, and 3 days prior to arrival for Summer. Reservations made on or after the final payment due date require full payment at the time of booking. If payment is not received by the final payment due date, Wyndham Vacation Rentals is authorized to charge the remaining balance to the credit card on file for the reservation. The final payment will include the following:
·  Remaining rental balance
·  Lodging Taxes
·  Reservation Fee
·  Other charges (e.g. lift tickets, airport transfers, etc.)

Cancellations: Guest must notify Wyndham Vacation Rentals via phone of intent to cancel. Wyndham Vacation Rentals recommends that guest purchase travel insurance. Guests who purchase travel insurance will be provided refunds for cancellation subject to the terms and conditions of the travel insurance policy. Cancellations received prior to the final payment due date will result in the following:
·  Forfeiture of one night lodging cost if cancelled: 3 or more days prior to arrival for Summer Season stays.
·  Forfeiture of one night lodging cost if cancelled: (1) more than 60 days prior to arrival for Holiday Season stays; or (2) more than 30 days prior to arrival for Winter Season stays.
·  Forfeiture of entire amount if cancelled: (1) less than 60 days prior to arrival for Holiday Season stays; (2) less than 30 days prior to arrival for Winter Season stays; (3) less than 3 days prior to arrival for Summer Season stays.
·  Forfeiture of travel insurance premiums, if purchased.
·  Activity cancellation policies vary, please contact us for details.

Cancellations received on or after the final payment due date are fully non-refundable.
No shows, late arrivals and early departures will be charged the full amount for the entire reserved stay.

Special Requests and Unit Availability: Wyndham Vacation Rentals makes every effort to ensure that a guest gets the exact property requested. In the event that a property becomes unavailable for any reason, we will make every effort to transfer the reservation to a comparable or upgraded unit. All conditions of the rental agreement will transfer to the new property. If comparable accommodations are not available, Wyndham Vacation Rentals will be held harmless and the guest agrees that its only remedy shall be a full refund of any monies paid. If the property should become unavailable during occupancy and comparable accommodations are not available, Wyndham Vacation Rentals will be held harmless and guest agrees that its only remedy shall be a refund for the unused portion of their stay only.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed inside the units or on the property for any Wyndham Vacation Rental Beaver Creek properties. The only exception is for service animals. Pets inside units or on the property shall be cause for immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.

Smoking Policy: To preserve the condition of our properties, all Wyndham Vacation Rentals properties are non-smoking, including all public and private areas. Guest agrees not to smoke inside any rental units, on decks, patios or balconies, or in any other designated non-smoking area including public spaces if ordinances or notices prohibit such activity. A fine will be added to the final bill for any unit in which Wyndham Vacation Rentals reasonable believes smoking of any kind has occurred during the guest’s stay.

Reporting Damage: Please note any damage to the rental unit upon your arrival and report it immediately to our office to avoid possible liability. Guests shall be responsible for all damage to the property. We inspect every rental unit after each guest’s departure; If unreported loss or damage is discovered after your stay we will charge your credit card.

Travel Insurance: Guests who purchase travel insurance through us will be provided refunds for cancellation subject to the terms and conditions of the travel insurance policy.
