WVR Central Florida, LLC Reservation Policies and Procedures

Rental Policies
Please take a moment to read the following important information. It will be helpful when booking reservations with WVR Central Florida, LLC ("WVR Central Florida").

Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. EST. If you arrive early and your room is unavailable, we will gladly store your luggage at the front desk so you can enjoy the amenities.
Check-out time is before 10:00 a.m. EST. Departures after 10:00 a.m. EST will be subject to additional charges up to and including the full daily rental rate.

Minimum Age Requirement
The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation.
Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during the spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups are prohibited unless prior approval is given by the WVR Central Florida - Group Sales Department.

Additional Fees
All reservations include a resort fee and a one-time departure cleaning fee. All rental units require a departure cleaning service. The departure cleaning fee charged to the guest is based on the size of the unit. The one-time departure cleaning fee will also be required on monthly reservations and will be applied to each unit booked by a guest.

Reporting Damage
Please note any damage to the rental unit upon your arrival and report it immediately to our office to avoid possible liability. The rental guest is responsible for all damage to the unit. We inspect every rental unit following a guest's departure. Any unreported loss or damage not reported to WVR Central Florida prior to the guest's departure will result in charges to the guest's credit card.

Pet Policy
WVR Central Florida does not allow pets in any rental unit in Orlando. The only exception is for service animals that have been trained to work or perform tasks for individuals with disabilities. You must inform our reservations center or the check-in location directly prior to arrival if you intend to bring a service animal to an eligible unit.

Advance Payment
At the time of booking, an advance payment of twenty percent (20%) of your total reservation (including taxes, resort fee and a one-time departure cleaning service fee) , plus insurance, if purchased, is due. If we do not receive the advance payment within seven (7) business days of booking, your reservation will be cancelled.
Reservations will not be considered confirmed until WVR Central Florida has received the advance payment and a signed rental agreement. Once the advance payment is received, irrespective of whether the rental agreement is signed, the standard cancellation policy will apply.

Non-Refundable Rates
All reservations booked with a non-refundable rate ("Non-refundable Rate") must be paid in full at time of booking. Payment will include rate, taxes, resort fee and a one-time departure cleaning service fee. This rate is non-refundable and all payments will be forfeited if stay is cancelled.

Methods of Payment
A credit card is required at time of booking for all reservations and upon check-in for incidentals and any damage to the rental unit. No credit card fees will be charged to guests. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit card for advance payment and final payment. For final payment, other acceptable methods of payment include personal check, cashier's check, certified check and money order. Checks should be made payable to WVR Central Florida, LLC. Please remember to include your reservation number on your payment. All payments must be paid in U.S. dollars. There is a $25 handling fee for all returned checks.

Final Payment
Homes: The final payment is due no later than thirty (30) days prior to arrival. WVR Central Florida will automatically charge the final payment to the credit card on file that was used for the deposit.
Condos: The final payment is due upon check-in via credit card.

Cancellation and Changes
Homes: If a rental guest cancels a reservation more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival, the guest will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the advance payment or twenty percent (20%) of the total reservation fee.
Cancellations within twenty-nine (29) days of arrival will result in a one hundred percent (100%) forfeiture of the total reservation fee.
In the event a guest has to shorten his/her stay prior to the due date for the final payment, no penalty shall be applied.
In the event a guest has to shorten his/her stay after he/she has made the final payment on the reservation, no refunds will be provided.

Condos: If rental guest cancels a reservation more than seventy-two (72) hours prior of arrival, the guest will receive a refund of all monies paid.
If a guest cancels a reservation within seventy-two (72) hours of arrival, the guest will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the advance payment or twenty percent (20%) of the total reservation fee.
In the event a guest shortens his/her stay resulting in an early departure after he/she has checked in, no refunds will be provided for any unused nights.
In the event cancellation of a reservation is covered under an applicable travel insurance policy, any cancellation fees shall be refunded directly by the travel insurance provider. The travel insurance fee is non-refundable. Guests are responsible for submitting any applicable claims to the travel insurance provider. WVR Central Florida is not involved in the claims process and disclaims any all liability or responsibility relating thereto. Please contact the travel insurance provider for any claims or coverage questions.

Refunds issued by WVR Central Florida will be processed thirty (30) days after departure date of original stay.

Travel Insurance
Guests who purchase travel insurance maybe eligible to receive a refund for cancellation subject to the terms and conditions of the travel insurance policy. Please ask your reservation agent for details. Travel insurance can be purchased within seven (7) days of booking through a vacation specialist.

Maximum Occupancy
The maximum number of guests per rental unit is limited to six (6) individuals in a two bedroom and eight (8) individuals in a three bedroom. Other restrictions may apply.

Unit Assignment
While we make reasonable efforts to honor your reservation request, we cannot guarantee unit or building location.

No Daily Maid Service
While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Guests can An exchange used linen for clean additional linen is available at the check-in location for a nominal fee.

Falsified Reservation
Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check in.

Parking Restrictions
Our properties prohibit the on-site parking of recreational vehicles, personal watercraft (boats, trailers, jet skis, etc.) and/or restrict the number of motorized vehicles per rental unit. Ask your reservation agent to inform you of your chosen property's parking regulations prior to making your reservation.

Agency Disclosure
WVR Central Florida, LLC serves as the agent and representative of all owners of condominium units, town homes and houses in its rental program and acts at all times in and for the best interests of the owners.

Units for Sale
In the event a property that you are renting is listed for sale, we may find the need to show the property during your visit. We will make every effort to schedule the showing at a convenient time to avoid any disturbance to you.
