Wyndham Vacation Rentals Reservation Terms, Steamboat Springs


PLEASE READ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ONLINE BOOKING. ALL ONLINE BOOKINGS: You will be contacted within 48 hours by one of our reservation agents to confirm details of your online reservations. ALL MINIMUM NIGHT STAYS MUST BE MET IN ORDER FOR YOUR RESERVATION TO BE CONFIRMED. Certain minimum night restrictions apply to specific units during particular season.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit paid. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 am. Deposit Policy: Condominium rentals require 2 nights lodging for winter and 1 night lodging for summer at the time of booking as well all additional fees and Travel Insurance if applicable.

A valid credit cards (MC, VI, AX, DSC) can be used to pay this deposit. Final payment, including all taxes is due 30 days prior to arrival.

We reserve the right to provide accommodations of equal or greater value, at no extra charge, if it becomes necessary to relocate a guest or group, should a complex or condominium not be available. Specific unit numbers and bed configurations are not guaranteed.

Hot Tubs
Common hot tubs are not guaranteed during the off season from April to November.

No units may exceed maximum occupancy as stated at time of booking.

NOT ALL UNITS ARE EQUIPPED WITH AIR CONDITIONING - PLEASE INQUIRE AT TIME OF BOOKING. We do offer some units that have air-conditioning, which are indicated in the amenities section on each unit's web page.

No Smoking Policy
All Wyndham Vacation Rentals Steamboat units are NON-SMOKING. Penalties will be assessed to any guest who smokes in our units. The amount of penalty imposed will be determined by Wyndham Vacation Rentals.

Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed in Wyndham Vacation Rentals properties except in special, prearranged circumstances only. Wyndham Vacation Rentals reserves the right to charge damages, penalty fees, or to immediately evict the guest if a guest has a pet without our express written permission. Wyndham Vacation Rentals must have full knowledge of the pet at time of booking.

Reporting Damage
Please note any damage to the rental unit upon your arrival and report it immediately to our office to avoid possible liability. Guests shall be responsible for all damage to the property. We inspect every rental unit after each guest's departure; if unreported loss or damage is discovered after your stay we will charge your credit card.

Travel Insurance
Guests who purchase travel insurance through us will be provided refunds for cancellation subject to the terms and conditions of the travel insurance policy.
