Wyndham Vacation Rentals Reservation Terms, Sun Valley

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation before final payment will result in a loss of 10% of the rent for the stay, plus non-refundable 8% reservations fee, plus the travel insurance premium (if purchased). Cancellation after will result in a loss of 100% of rent, plus non-refundable 8% reservations fee, plus the travel insurance premiums (if purchased). Please see Terms & Conditions below for payment schedule. Guests who purchase travel insurance through us will be provided refunds for cancellation subject to the terms and conditions of the travel insurance policy.

In the event that we are able to rebook the property the fees will be 10% of the rent for the stay, plus non-refundable 8% reservations fee, plus the travel insurance premium (if purchased). All properties are NO SMOKING. If pets are allowed it will be specifically noted otherwise, NO PETS are allowed.

CHECK-IN TIME
Check-in time is 4 PM. If you would like an earlier check-in, please let our offices know 24-hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee. All check ins are at the Wyndham Vacation Rental Office.

CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-out time is 10AM. If you would like a later departure, check-out can be arranged for an additional fee.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
Daily housekeeping, mid-stays, extra towels or additional services can be provided for an additional fee with appropriate notice. Additional towel trade outs are offered free of charge with 24 hours notice. Extra housekeeping can be arranged. Must provide 24 hour notice for additional services.

STAYS WHICH DO NOT MEET OUR SEASONAL MINIMUM NIGHT STAY REQUIREMENTS WILL BE CHARGED A CLEANING FEE BASED ON UNIT TYPE. This will not show on your web confirmation, it will be added by the reservation center after booking a mandatory surcharge based on your lodging package has been added to provide you with the following benefits. *(This surcharge does not include any housekeeping fees).

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

  • 1st Deposit: One-half of rent and 8% reservation fee are due at time of booking. Inside the final payment period, full payment is due within 48 hours of booking.

  • Balance of reservation is due as follows:

    • Small condos: 30 days prior to arrival

    • Large Condos and Homes: 30 days prior to arrival

    • Christmas (all properties): 30 days prior to arrival

SCHEDULE OF FEES

  • Reservations Fee: 8%;

  • Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is optional and is calculated as percentage of your total rate.

  • Departure Cleaning Fee: NO Charge unless you are below the minimum night stay requirement.
